Comfortable and spacious is how we describe the Yourdan home!   4800 square feet on the main floor,  2500 square feet finished in the basement, plus an additional 2250 square feet of unfinished storage space.  7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 home offices, dining room that seats 10, huge walk in pantry, and amazing views from every room.  This custom home was built for sustainability and energy efficiency:  we incorporated a wood boiler for radiant floor heat, spray foam insulation,  solar panels on the barn, and a 12,000 gallon cistern to capture water for lawn and garden,
